Cancellation Before Work Commences
Customers may cancel the renovation project before work commences. Any deposit paid will be subject to deduction for costs already incurred, including site measurements, design, material purchases, fabrication, transportation, administrative costs, and other confirmed expenses.

Cancellation After Material Purchase / Fabrication
If cancellation is made after materials have been purchased, custom-made items have entered production, or fabrication has commenced, the customer will be responsible for all costs already incurred.

Custom-Made Cabinets & Carpentry
For customised cabinets, wardrobes, carpentry, and other made-to-order items, cancellation after production has started is non-refundable, as these items are specifically manufactured according to the customer's approved design and measurements.

Cancellation After Work Has Commenced
If the customer cancels after renovation work has started, payment will be calculated based on the completed work, materials supplied, work in progress, and any costs or commitments incurred by the contractor.

Refund Processing
Where a refund is applicable, the refundable amount will be processed after all outstanding costs and liabilities have been assessed. Refund processing may take up to 14 working days.

Design & Approval
Once the quotation, design, measurements, materials, and scope of work have been approved by the customer, any subsequent changes or cancellation may result in additional charges.

Contractor Cancellation
In the unlikely event that Southern Renovation and Carpentry is unable to proceed with the project for reasons attributable to the company, the customer will be informed and any refundable amount will be handled according to the agreed terms.

Acknowledgement
By making payment and approving the quotation, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the above cancellation policy.
